Day 1: Arusha – Lake Manyara National Park

Start your day early with pick-up from Arusha, heading straight to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Upon arrival, descend over 600 meters into the world-famous crater for a memorable half-day game drive. Known for its breathtaking views and high density of wildlife, the crater is home to elephants, zebras, wildebeest, buffalo, hippos, warthogs, and elusive predators like lions, cheetahs, hyenas, and leopards. You'll also stop by Lake Magadi, where flamingos, hippos, and other bird species are often seen.

After a picnic lunch and crater exploration, ascend and drive toward the Ndutu region, located between the Serengeti and Ngorongoro, to witness the incredible migration action. In the late afternoon, enjoy your first game drive in the Ndutu area, where massive herds of wildebeest and zebras cover the plains. Later, settle in at your camp for dinner and overnight surrounded by the sounds of the wild.
